"I would give this place a low rating because of being a customer for more than 5 years, I’ve never got a discount for being an excellent driver as well as having more than one policy with them. Last year I talked to Tim on how to save with my State Farm policies and he gave me the run around. I was given a fob to put in my vehicle,after months of having it in the vehicle, the savings wasn’t much. I contacted Tim again that I found a better insurance company and to cancel my policies, which he decided to not cancel the policies and I ended up doing his job by calling in the 1-800 number to State Farm to cancel the policy myself. You will save yourself time and headaches by staying away from this insurance agent who does nothing for you"
